Concert Ticket – Terms & Conditions
  1. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket (digital or printed) presented at the venue.
  2. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Seating will be provided strictly as per the ticket category selected. Seat changes are not permitted.
  4. Late entry may be restricted during the performance to avoid disturbance to artists and audience.
  5. Photography, videography, and audio recording may be restricted or prohibited during the concert. Use of mobile phones may be regulated inside the auditorium.
  6. The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  7. Event details (date, time, venue, or artists) are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
  8. In the event of program delays, schedule changes, or artist substitutions, the organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.
  9. Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent from the organizer.
  10. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
  11. By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or archival purposes by the organizer.
